R.L. Stine has continued to create amazing horror books for kids, and one such book came out on March 2nd under the Goosebumps SlappyWorld imprint, Monster Blood is Back! I know what you're thinking: what's SlappyWorld? Well, don't worry about it. Just know that this book could have easily been Monster Blood 5. We've heard tell that Netflix is making a series of films about R.L. Stine's Fear Street Saga, so in preparation for that, we decided to read the very first chapter of that trilogy, The Betrayal. We talk witch mystery bags, pan selling, hat fetishes, and head going pop. It's a joyous and funny time.
